How It Works
Whether you are buying a domain directly from our portfolio, or hiring us to acquire a domain on your behalf, our process is designed for clarity, security, and confidentiality.
Buying a Garqo-Owned Domain
You submit an inquiry or offer for a domain in our inventory. Once a price is agreed upon, we formally confirm the transaction details in writing.
Payment is made via an agreed secure method (such as an escrow service). Once funds are secured, we initiate the domain transfer to your registrar. The transaction completes when you confirm receipt.
Domain Acquisition (Brokerage)
1. Strategy
We discuss your target domain, budget, and timeline. We conduct research on the current owner and establish a valuation based on market data.
2. Stealth Outreach
Acting confidentially on your behalf, we contact the owner to determine their willingness to sell, negotiating to secure the best possible price.
3. Settlement
Upon agreement, we manage the Escrow process, ensuring funds are held safely while the domain is transferred securely to your control.
Expected Timeframes & Responsibilities
Timeframes: Buying a domain directly from our inventory often takes less than 48 hours to complete. Custom acquisition times vary greatly depending on the responsiveness of the current owner.
Buyer Responsibilities: To receive a domain, you will need an active account at an ICANN-accredited domain registrar (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare). You are responsible for any ongoing annual renewal fees charged by your registrar once the domain is transferred.
